"Terrible Customer Service. Actually, probably amongst the worst we've encountered internationally. Extremely dirty. Saw bed bug looking things. Definitely a hard pass. If I had to do it over again, I'd stay away from airport for like 1/4 f the price. When an establishment has such terrible customer service and disregard for their customers, it's a shame and really not something that should be a part of hospitality."

"The hotel is convenient to the airport with free shuttle service that's 24hrs to and from the airport. However, the hotel could use some updates to the walls, doors, and floors. The shower kept flooding the bathroom floor because the sealant around the shower doors had worn out. When this was reported, the front desk sent housekeeping to provide towels for the floor, so no explanation or assistance with temporarily fixing the point of the leak. "This hotel is good if only required for a stop for one night to and from hotel. There is nothing really around this neighborhood. Hotel has small pool and sauna that closes at 9pm, not sure why such an early lock up of these facilities is necessary. Not worth the price. Breakfast should be included for this cost as well."

"This was not as near the airport as thought. However the free shuttle was terrific. there’s nothing around the hotel. So unless you want to taxi all the way back to the city, there’s no restaurants to order from, no stores around, it’s in the middle of nowhere. For travelers mostly with no car, it’s not real convenient if you want to just walk to dinner or something. The restaurant inside the hotel was fair, not much atmosphere. Overall fine."

"Excellent Welcome, friendly and accommodating staff, the breakfast buffet was great. All the things you expect from Hyatt. The downside, and quite impact full, was the lack of venues and challenges with AC. Only 1 restaurant was open, the smallest one near the lobby. Limited seating, for a full hotel not ideal. I had complained about my AC not working (room temp was 27°) and they expeditiously tried to fix it. Short term solution. I woke up to a room temp of 29°. I would book there again...

"This is the worst hotel I ever experienced. Rooms with molds/Beds had bugs on them. Staff extremely unprofessional/ careless. Could not accommodate us with other rooms after reporting rooms conditions. End up leaving this place and booked another hotel in the area in the middle of the night. What of horrible experience."

"The hotel is stunning and the staff that were in the evening of June 25 2026 were amazing. Why did I give the experience a 3 and the property and staff a 5 is because the air conditioning chose to not work and it averaged 26C in the room The main problem was the fact we could literally never get in our room. Our keys didn’t work and the staff even had issues where the master key didn’t want to work to let us in, and at one point, we struggled to get out. The wonderful staff happily kept...

"We were able to check in early after flying which was appreciated! Our room was nice and clean, as were the common areas. The breakfast buffet has a good selection and was definitely worth the extra money so we didn’t have to go out and find food. We do wish that the air conditioning was better in the room. It only went down to 70 degrees and the outdoor pool closed early. We wish we could’ve used it at night!"
