"Do yourself a favor and stay someplace else. The overall condition of our room was poor. The furniture was old and in poor condition, no shampoo was provided (just soap bars), no hair dryer was provided. Worst of all, there was lots of hair on the floor. I requested a different room, but was told that they couldn't approve a room chance withoit a manager present. The breakfast was okay. The whole place appeared to be in poor condition. We will not be staying here again."

"If I could give this 0 stars, that would still be too many. I checked in around 11:45 pm. I'll start by saying yes, it's under construction & it was a disaster. Was told floors 3 & 4 were completed, but I was given a room on floor 2 . There were only 6 cars in the parking lot at 11:45pm so it was weird I couldn't have an updated room. The first thing I noticed was the 2nd floor smelled awful, like mildew & garbage. The room was very dated & smelled musty. Upon closer inspection, the AC unit &...

"The only nice thing about this place was the staff. In our room, there was a small rust colored stain on the bedspread typical of bed bugs and I had a bite on torso. The shower curtain was heavily stained and the bedside tables were not wiped clean. The next AM there were large ants on the breakfast counter. And the food was old. Also, from the hotel's rewards program, I got a phone call to visit a timeshare demo afterward. Staying away from this place and this brand."

"On site restaurant and bar were convenient and very nice. Walkable to restaurants. Very close to Indiana Dunes. Good WiFi. Clean. Hot tub and pool missed the mark in my opinion. Pool was rather chilly and hot tub doesn’t have bubbles. Maintenance said the tub is a spa so doesn’t have to."
