"This is a beautiful newly updated hotel. Quiet and convenient. The only issue we had was figuring out how to get to the entrance - both Apple Maps and Google Maps gave incorrect directions (likely due to airport construction). Definitely eat at the rooftop restaurant- we watched a beautiful sunset over the Nashville skyline."

The breakfast options were quite limited, and the food itself was not good. They are supposed to open at 6 a.m., but one day it was 7:30 a.m. and it was still closed.
They don’t do full cleaning every day, which is fine, but on one of the days they skipped cleaning, I asked for extra towels. After a couple of hours, I asked again since they hadn’t brought them, and still nothing. I called a third time later and was told to go get them myself because they were short-staffed.

"I was not expecting it to be like a motel setting, it was all type of homeless people hanging around the area. When my fiancé asked for more clean towels he was told he had to wait on the morning staff to come with the carts.
