"My room was dirty when we checked in. They gave us another room, but it didn't have the balcony we paid for. How do i go about getting reimbursed for the price difference?"

"The hotel was ok for the price however our room needed to be fixed and updated. The drainage of the sink was broken and you had to drain manually, some of the lights in the bedroom were not working and the bathroom door looked like somebody had burned it. The room was clean and the people working late at night when we arrived very kind."
