"We got to the chateau late in the afternoon. When we arrived Jeremy was very amicable and helped us with our luggage and explanation on how to enter the chateau. Emmanuelle gave us some very good restaurant suggestions near by to the chateau. It was such a great and unique experience spending the night at the chateau. We were given the Master room with the adjoining room for our son to sleep in. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great! We got to walk the grounds for an evening stroll....

"Comfortable room on 3rd floor but not ideal for us as both over 6 feet tall and had sloping ceiling. There wasn't a comfortable chair to sit in only a stool. Bed very low."

"Complimentary tea or coffee would be nice. Other hotels had coffee and tea in the room. The staff was really exceptional and the rooms were always cleaned every day. However, there seemed to be an issue with the plumbing in the shower. The water was not draining properly."

"Very friendly staff, comfortable and spacious accommodation. Only challenge is an accurate understanding of meeting arrangements to gain initial entry: Staff was waiting inside, unbeknownst to us, whilewe were waiting outside ! Instructions should stress “ring doorbell on arrival”, and provide location, since it’s a little hard to find, especially in the dark. But otherwise a truly lovely choice in Bordeaux."
