Porth Chapel

The immaculate sand, sea and granite of Porthchapel Cove, reached only by a difficult rocky descent which has claimed many victims!
The beautiful but difficult to climb down to beach at Porthchapel has now (May 2018) been sadly been swept clean of all the sand in this image by the winter storms, leaving only rocks. From this photo I estimate that a depth of 3 metres of sand has been washed away.
