Overall the experience was fantastic, the family rooms were well suited to our needs and the food was great. The availability of offsite dining options and train to Alvor were great additions to break up the full resort feel. The only downside was the check in process which was quite chaotic and the VIP check in was not clearly marked at all

Whilst the hotel was fine, the swimming pools a fab feature, the staff as helpful as they could be, and the walk to the beach very safe and well laid out, there were a couple of things that meant it wasn’t 5* status - The WiFi didn’t work for the first day Two of the restaurants were closed but you are not informed You had to serve yourself most of the time for drinks No dressing gowns unless requested

This is a lovely property with an amazing staff! They are very receptive of your needs, even giving rides from the parking lot very late in the evening back to your hotel room. The rooms are very pretty and clean. If you are looking for an all inclusive that is definitely worth it, this is the place!

Perfect stay for families. As a couple we didn’t think it was a 5 star resort. There were some bathroom issues throughout our stay. A/C issue got resolved on the first day. Food and drinks were all inclusive grade. Would recommend if you want a quite stay to request a room by the wellness or adult pool.

Great location with a beautiful beach just an 800-meter walk away. The food was excellent, especially the buffet, which had a great selection of seafood. The shuttle drivers were wonderful—very friendly, helpful, and enjoyable to chat with. The bar staff were also welcoming and provided excellent service. The only downside was my experience with one of the reception staff at the parking area, which I brought to the attention of the general manager. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay as well no washrooms in the lobby or bar areas only at the restaurants

My family of 6 including 4 children had an amazing time here. Everything you need is there for you, from the beautiful cuisine to the amazing entertainment areas. Our children had an amazing time with plenty to do and the accommodation was magnificent. It was definitely a 5 star service with friendly staff to help you whenever needed.
