Dank and depressing hotel.

AVOID. The location and vibe of the place was pretty bad. The rooms were dated and depressing and the overall image of the hotel as conveyed in the listing did not reflect the reality at all. The decor is mid 2000s and the lighting resembled that of a public toilet replete with buzzing fluorescent bulbs. We checked out after just one night of a three night booking because it was so miserable but sadly we were unable to get a refund despite raising this with the hotel and Hotels.com. Very very disappointing.

Para um alojamento de férias em contexto de praia, a limpeza do chão da fração não era feita diariamente nem havia disponível uma vassoura para os hospedes limparem minimamente. We’ve just arrived home after staying here and it was amazing! Everything about it was lovely. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful, the pool was great, the reception area was so beautifully decorated and clean, the location was great you could walk into Praia da Rocha which was around 15 minutes. Our deluxe apartment was spotless, very comfy bed and had everything you needed in the kitchen area. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout. I highly recommend Vista Marina. We cannot wait to return!

Stunning Location And Property

My second visit to this stunning apartment overlooking the River Arade. Apartments are spacious and clean and situated in a central location for beautiful traditional villages and the more touristy Praia’s. Staff are helpful and polite with very good English. The gardens are immaculate with swing chairs, sun beds and loungers around an amazing pool. Communal areas are relaxed and quiet. There are no negatives about this place and we will be returning.

Fraude en Portimão!!!!!!!!!!!

No caigáis en la trampa ! Una desilusión todo por 100€ la noche! Venden el Spa y el Gimnasio pero llevan años cerrados por decisión suya, encima te dicen que lo están arreglando y cuando lo ves está perfecto, como antes lo tenían gratis, lo quitaron seguro que para ahorrar. Después la habitación se ve un poco en mal estado y no tan moderna como las fotos. Después solo la limpian una vez a cada dos dias y si vienen y estás dentro ya no la limpian. Otra cosa que nunca he visto el Check-in a las 16hs y Check-Out a las 10 de la mañana, conclusión cada vez puedes disfrutar menos de la habitación, así tendrán menos personal con más tiempo para hacer más habitaciones y encima a cada dos días, seguro que apenas tienen personal ! Y ya tampoco ponen champu y jabón en la habitación. Lo único bueno fue la piscina exterior, el aparcamiento y los recepcionistas que siempre ayudan en lo que pueden. Por 100€ la noche no vale la pena más que fue en Septiembre/Octubre! Nada recomendable!! Creo que ya solo piensan en dinero y cada vez más para la bolsa !! Un fraude! Deberían de ser denunciados por vender algo que no tienen y quitar una estrella!
