"I found that some members of staff should be more smiling (e.g. staff at the restaurant) or more customer-centric (e.g. check-in and check-out at the reception very transactional; not a warm welcome and at the check-out nothing like thank you for staying with us or we hope you enjoyed your stay, we look forward to seeing you again). There's definitely room for improvement in this area ."

"Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast, great gym
with a view and the beautiful peaceful bay right next to the hotel with sunbeds - a dream.
Would absolutely come again.
Only critique - to fill up espresso tabs in room you pay an extra EUR 10, this usually is courtsey in 5 star hotels whereas here only the first badge of espressos is free. Just a little detail..
All in all still a 10 and we had a fantastic stay."
