Hotel seemed to be understaffed, so expect a wait at the bar and don't forget to request for your room to be cleaned upon check - in if you like your bed made and fresh towels after a long day out, otherwise, the property was nice, clean and in a great location for our stay.

Hyatt Place Portland Downtown - Old Port Square
Hôtel was under renovation. We were not informed prior to arrival. Very poor amenities. Server at the breakfast was the best, very friendly to all of the guests.
