Mark Spencer Hotel
It’s an okay hotel. It’s dated and it’s located in an area not safe for women traveling alone. The room itself was okay, the bathroom needs renovation and the shower drainage was clogged.

If this was a 3 star hotel the rating would have been higher as that’s what it is. I simply cannot fathom why this is rated as a 4.5 star hotel. Service is what makes highly rated hotel stand out.
