"We requested the cleaning staff to clean our room after our second day. They did not. The next day, we again asked the cleaning person (who knocked on our door) to clean the room. We followed up that request by going to the front desk and asking them to have our room cleaned. Both requests were ignored. ..."

"The rooms were clean. The staff really wasn’t into helping guest very short with answers. Staff couldn’t help with finding a place for food without a car. Nice place to stay near the airport for one night."
