"The staff was 10 stars, facility was so convenient to the rail, we had a room with balcony overlooking the park. Limited variety on fitness room. Parking was ok, but mostly empty so kinda a bummer to have to pay extra."

"My wife left her $160 KEEN boots inside the shoe drawer of our hotel room. I personally saw them there while packing shortly before checkout, and nobody in our party removed them.
