Property is lovely, the rooms are beautiful. The only downside is that there is building work going on in the hotel, it was no big deal but it did start around 8:30am. This apartment was in the perfect location, walking distance to everything around and they have great communication and respond quickly. They also allowed us to store our luggage on the day of check out which was very helpful.

While at the hotel, we didn’t need room service, so we left our used towels outside where the cleaning lady was cleaning and we grabbed a few towels. The receptionist barges into my room, shouting why I left the towels and not to go looking around for things! Her name I believe was Sophia. Shocked at her behavior, I declined to communicate and shut the door. The entire experience has left a bad taste/impression about the city.

Trevlig, snabb och tillmötesgående personal och bra ljudisolerat familjerum trots att lägenhetshotellet ligger mitt på turiststråk. Vill bara varna om det otroligt heta varmvattnet (nästintill kokande när man slår på varm vatten). Min man brände sig i duschen och vår femåriga dotter vågade vi inte att hon tvättade händerna utan uppsikt. Pga risk för att bränna sig.

Très bel appartement bien situé. Équipe géniale et accueillante. Les 2 seuls bémols sont le bruit des passants dans cette rue commerçante à toute heure de la journée et nuit. Et le code d’entrée qui n’est pas facile à récupérer pour le check in si personne ne vous ouvre la porte pour accéder au comptoir (1er étage de l immeuble). Mais sinon je recommande vivement l’appartement.

We stayed at My Story Apartment in the heart of the shopping district on a street that is not open to car traffic. It’s a mall street for pedestrians. Great location. Parking garage was only 2 blocks away and only $10/night. The room was beautiful and clean. It included a blow dryer, and a kitchenette. We would definitely stay again. Love that it’s an electronic code to punch in and don’t have to carry around a key.

Bad wurde nicht gefliest sondern ein Material genommen, dass bereits nach so kurzer Zeit nach Eröffnung des Hotel auseinander bröckelt. Lage direkt in der Innenstadt, was leider dazu führt dass man eine Dauerbeschallung durch die Strassenmusiker hat.

Nice apartment in the center of Porto

The location is really convenient. Close to a shopping mall and many restaurants. 10 min walk to Sao Bento train station, 3 min walk to subway station. The apartment is well designed and has very high ceiling. Having a kitchen is very handy. It's a bit noisy though as the sound insulation of the windows is not that good. Overall we love the place a lot.
