Room condition was good. It was the best thing I can say. Spacious and nice for family. Right next door to lellu bookstore. Next hotel was near the river and it felt very central.
It was raining like mad in Portugal so it was really hard when we arrived and had to carry two very large luggages up the stairs till 3rd floor.
Citi tax should be paid in cash due to late check out didn’t have the directions in the room, and when tried to pay the hotel didn’t have change. Asked me to go get my change and pay them. It was a big hassle when trying to check out.
Washing machine symbols were not straight forward. First time it worked but second lot kept running and running refusing to move over to tumble dry !! I think I washed it far too many times in an effort to make it move toward drying but failed. Ended up taking soggy washing to the next hotel.
It’s be nice if there’s signs on what each symboles mean. I don’t think it was broken.
