Lovely room, although too small for 3 people, with only an uncomfortable folding bed supplied for the third person.
No room view at all and completely overlooked from tall neighbouring houses, so had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. There's also a bar right next to the hotel which is very noisy on weekend nights until late.
No toilet roll, coffee pods or hair conditioner supplied until we asked (latter not available at all) No shelf in the bathroom for your care products, or full length mirror in the bedroom.
All those points aside, the rooms are very well decorated and pleasant. The reception staff are all lovely, with special mention to Ricardo who's a real asset to the hotel, and can't do enough to make your stay great.
The breakfast is in the attached restaurant is accessed by a connecting door at reception. This is also a lovely space to eat in, and the service here too is great! The high quality of the food here really shines through, as is anything you order from the kitchen. Everything is really delicious.
