최근 유인 카운터가 없어지고 후기가 안 좋아져서 걱정했는데 넘 좋았습니다. 도루강까지 거의 평지라서 다니는데 전혀 불편함이 없었고 가이아 지역에서 구시가지까지도 가까워서 4일 내내 잘 걸어다녔어요. 파노라마룸이 5층에 딱 2방 있는데 테라스에서 보이는 뷰가 너무 예뻐서 완전 추천드립니다. 냄비/식기/커피포트 다 있었고 수세미랑 주방세제도 있어서 라면 잘 끓여먹었어요. 본격적인 요리를 하기에는 기구가 부족하긴 합니다. 제일 아쉬운 점은 4박 동안 1인당 수건 2장만 제공되고 추가 수건 가격이 넘 비싼 점이요. 한국에서 일회용 수건 사가서 썼습니다. 유인 카운터가 없어져서 미리 도시세 추가 납부해야하고 캐리어 아마 맡길수 있는 곳이 없는거 같았어요. 대신 연락할 일 있으면 왓츠앱으로 할수 있고 소통은 빨랐어요.

Todo correcto i limpio. Ei inconveniente es aparcar. Muy lejos y toda la calle es de pendiente i de acceso restringido. Aunque el alojamiento esta en la parte baja y junto a zona de restauracion y compras del puerto.

I love the stay here. You can walk everywhere and you can have a wonderful view of the city just a 2 blocks of walking. Everything was great.

The property was in a good location and studio was a good size. When we arrived, ac was weak. The next day, after a full day of sightseeing, our AC was not working. We messaged property and were told to contact Porto office, but they didn't answer. The manager made us feel as if AC issues were our fault because we had to shut it off before leaving room for the day. I feel this is not communicated anywhere or instructions anywhere. After management had us run through some electrical circuits, a technical team was dispatched the next day. We were given a fan, after I asked how we would sleep. We were told AC would be fixed by next day in early evening, however when we returned at 6pm, the AC was not working yet. Management told me that my definition of early evening was different than his, around 8 to 9pm. Not the answer I was expecting. Technician arrived at 7:30pm and confirmed that ac was fixed and problem that affected bldg, a gas leak was fixed. I expected an apology for 3 days without air but only received a sorry for inconvenience. The shower is also very small, my husband is 6ft tall and athletic and barely fit in shower. That should be disclosed to potential renters. A heavy set person will not be able to fit in the rectangular shower. Perhaps instead of having a big sink, shower should be more accommodating. The bed was like sleeping on cement. Horribly uncomfortable. I slept only after being exhausted from sightseeing. The lights in hallway went out and a strange ma.

J'ai envoyé un message pour régler le problème de wifi dans la chambre qui était très faible et ils m'ont dit de ne pouvoir rien faire... L'air climatisé n'est pas trop efficace non plus, ça ne refroidi pas, ça fait juste la circulation d'air dans la chambre, mais ne refroidi pas du tout.

Disappointing

Good location (but bad for parking), and good views of Gaia and Porto. But that’s the only thing this place has going for it. We received instructions for how to access our room only after check in time passed. One of the beds was bare (just a mattress) when we arrived, and we had to wait until the next day to get a blanket and sheets for it. The AC was broken and they refused to fix it. It was 28 degrees in our room at night and way too hot to sleep. Communication with management was only over WhatsApp because there is no one working on site at the hotel. Note that there is an elevator but it stops at a landing between floors, so the hotel is not wheelchair accessible.

Super séjour emplacement l’appartement est situé à 2 minutes de la fameuse vue de Porto Nous n’avons pas utilisé la voiture de tout le séjour le seul problème c’est le stationnement car la résidence n’en a pas

Location is amazing, you are a 5 minute walk from the river. however the room left more to be desired. The bed was very cheap and uncomfortable. The couch and floors were dirty. The shower is tiny. Everything else was good. Would recommend if you only need a place to sleep for a few nights.

We didn’t receive access information to the property, so this involved a phone call on the day which incurred extra costs. Once in, the location was ok, and the property was spacious and clean, we received a complimentary bottle of wine also (though we didn’t actually drink it). The WiFi however was awful, it wouldn’t maintain a connection to our devices, and wouldn’t connect to the Smart TV at all. Even though we went exploring each day, we would have liked a WiFi connection in the evenings. I emailed on day 1, and they reset the router on day 2, this didn’t fix the connection. I emailed again, they said they would send someone to look, this never happened and we had no further replies. We stayed 4 nights. The bed was also was very uncomfortable leading to poor sleep for us both every night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Gaia as it’s walking distance to Porto, the apartment was clean and quiet, but we would not stay at the apartment again due to poor communication, non existent WiFi, and a very uncomfortable bed.
