Sehr netter Empfang und alles was man braucht vorhanden. Leckeres Frühstück und ruhige Zimmer. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel. Fußläufig zum Pier. Zu empfehlen!

What did you like: Rooms: Ample storage, good power shower, clean rooms. Breakfast: Overall a good spread of hot food items, drinks, pastries etc.. and ample seating. Dinner: Pizza was good. Service: Reception staff were generally helpful. Leisure facilities: Swimming pool was nice and heated and changing rooms were clean. Parking: Offered a street voucher when the hotel parking was filled. What do you think would make your next stay better? Rooms: Lighting to be improved in the rooms, it was quite dark. Mattress did not fit on the bed and was incredibly soft making it not the most comfortable to sleep on. It was cold with heating being switched off so for the whole stay we had to request extra duvets. Quite outdated designs, could do with improving in terms of decor. Breakfast: They had run out of mushrooms quite early on into breakfast service and unable to make omelets/poached eggs/pancakes due to lack of staff, disappointing considering the price paid. Dinner: Asian Tapas items were overpriced and small. Service: More staff required, on a holiday weekend/half term it seemed to be incredibly understaffed. Leisure Facilities: Jacuzzi and steam room were out of use/non functioning which was not mentioned prior to booking. Parking: The hotel should look to expand the parking space, as there were not enough spots available for the number of cars despite the offering a street voucher when the hotel parking was filled.

The property was fine except the advert said free parking and this was incorrect as we had to pay £5.00 per night. The service at reception was very good. the dining room experience was way below what one expects. The bread bins were empty at breakfast. there were no croissants available and no milk. I believe there was not enough staff to cope with the number of guests. We had an evening meal on our last night and the service was very slow and when our meals did arrive the vegetables were cold and the pies we had were of a very poor standard. we would not use the Dining room again if we were to revisit.

The hotel was good value. The room was clean and tea /coffee making facility nice to have. Bathroom wall under sink was a little dirty but in general everything else was clean. Food was good. Sadly there was no gluten free bread at breakfast on the first day but staff offered us a voucher for free drinks and made sure bread was available the next day. Food at dinner was well cooked although it would have been good to have a larger choice included in the set menu particularly taking allergies into account. It might be better to have a monetary amount included for the evening meal rather than a limited choice. Altogether we were happy with the stay. Staff were very friendly.

The room itself was ok, but at night there are various pipes that were making constant noise due to the heating. This made it very difficult to sleep. The gym and pool area are also run down and tired.

I didn´t like some staff actitudes. I don´t know if was stress or maybe wasnt the day. In general they were very good, but one day my bed was undone and the cleaning service was gone. I called reception and the recepcionist was very kind to help me to make the bed/ changing bedsheets. I think i will repeat the stay, but is just few things that happened I will be aware for next time

Room and most of the hotel very cold and no way of heating it. I noticed area heaters in the breakfast room but only turned on occasionally. The room controls did not help.

Great stay
Great stay lovely staff However I do think they are over worked especially in the restaurant as there seems to be an obvious shortage of staff, the existing staff are doing a great job and should be recognised for that .

Terrible night of noise from wind and rain.
Absolutely terrible stay. One of the worst nights trying to sleep due to the amount of noise of wind and rain all night. Was in room 429.
