Hotel Mercer Collection di Portsmouth

"2nd stay and a great hotel. Had diner there this time which was good. A little disappointed as changed there breakfast since we last stayed and now its a buffet loved there breakfast options before. Although the buffet is still very good with lots of options."

"Off street parking was helpful, All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was tasty We ate evening meals in the the hotel and the food was great. In all it was a lovely stay."

"This was the second time I’ve stayed at Florence Gardens, and it’s proved to be as exceptional as I found it on my first visit. The rooms are extremely comfortable and warm, the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and I won’t hesitate to stay there again on my next visit to Portsmouth."

"Very nice, clean room with very helpful staff. Choice of pillows and a very comfortable, clean bed. The room was very warm, no Aircon but a fan was provided. The reception and breakfast room are in a different building, on a different road which was fine as the weather was dry. Buffet breakfast was great with good choice. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner which was also excellent. Staff were all extremely good. Would stay here again."
