"I really enjoyed my 1 night stay at coastal! Our room was nice & clean Staff was nice Oceanfront view was perfect I’ll definitely would like to come back again soon!"

"Told at check in that pool and hot tub were closed for painting. Very dissapointed. 2 elevators, only one working. Room we were given had toilet paper in the toilet and a nasty brown substance on the wall. The bathroom door would not open fully because it hit the toilet. We switched rooms. New room was cleaner, but had an unpleasant odor that lasted all 4 days of our stay. Would never stay here again."

"Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The staff were always attentive to our needs. The parking was free to veterans. I loved and appreciated that. The only criticism was the the bathroom was a little tight. We will stay again when visiting Virginia Beach. "

"The website claimed a "view." There was a "view," of the parking lot and the Atlantic Ocean some 200 to 300 yards away. The front desk clerk informed me that i should have been more attentive and selected "ocean view." Ooops, my bad. Next time I'll be sure. "
