"Really loud till about 1:00 am due to restaurant. A/C didn’t work but couldn’t have the window open due to noises downstairs. Miserable night. "

"Faisal checked me in and he was very friendly and helpful. He was always quick to buzz me in from the street entry door. Room and bathrooms were clean though a bit dated. I arrived as spring temps were transitioning to hotter temps. I had to ask for a remote to use the min-split AC/heater in my room. Only stayed 2 nights, but easy access to Metro trains at Rossio square for travel to the airport for my departure. Try the bifana shop next door to the entrance. Grocery stores just around the...

"Went at 11am to check in and was told the check in was at 2 pm (on Expedia it said 11. ) After waiting we got a room with 1 bed instead of 2 double beds, Due to a cancellation we were able to get a bigger room with 2 beds. The other issue was that there was no A/C. It would have been great if they had a portable/ standing fan for the summer. It was hot with no breeze.
