"Room was not thoroughly cleaned, no one was at check in so I had to wait 30 min and call 4 times for the owner to send someone down to hand over the keys. There was a mildewy smell in the room. Motion activated lights kept turning off the in bathroom so I had to keep waving my hand around every 30 seconds. Decent amenities for a hostel but I couldn’t really take advantage of them with just a one night stay. The low price may make it worth it but not a great stay by any means. "

"Rooms are very clean and cozy, a lot of restaurants in the area, very decent breakfast, friendly staff , easy to find it , walking distance to the river, 10 min uber ride from bus depot or easy access by transit to airport or wherever you want to go, I would definitely recommend this place ! "

"Alles was perfect, ik raad deze hostel iedereen aan. Superior kamer met zicht op de Douro. Mooie kamer, alles heel proper. Heerlijk ontbijt met veel keuze. Supervriendelijk personeel Geen lift aanwezig in het gebouw. "
