"The front staff, service and check in was wonderful. Very helpful and took our bags upstairs. Awesome. They had coffee and a few snacks in the morning before our early flight. We stayed here because of the close proximity to the airport. However , The hotel is in dire need of upgrades and some TLC. The carpet in the way to our room is stained with water and musty in the hall. The toilets would not flush and yes there was a cockroach in our room. The panels in the hall were open and we...

"All very good. I'd g back. A quiet guest house with no kitchen but other amenities and common area. Two shared bathrooms. I'd suggest a sign outside but overall a great stay. Staff was very helpful. Definitely a good deal for the money and easy walk from Olivers Metro (Red Line). Big mall and grocery nearby. "
