Belem Tower is located in the town of Bethlehem, county and district of Lisbon in Portugal. On the right bank of the Tagus river, where there was once the beach of Bethlehem, it was originally surrounded by water around its perimeter. Over the centuries it was surrounded by the beach, even today incorporate the land.

"I hate to leave a negative review, but I want to share our experience. I stayed here with my older parents because of the waterfront location, and the views are truly beautiful. However, there are two major issues. First, transportation is difficult. You cannot get an Uber or Bolt directly to the hotel and must walk up a steep hill to meet one, which is challenging with luggage and older travelers.
