"The beach was beautiful, the room was clean, the hotel amenities were great and the food was very good and plentiful! However, there were vendors near the bar area the 2nd day we were there and the 2 butterfly rings and one religious ring that my daughter purchased were stolen from her room, which had a DO NOT DISTURB sign visible on the doorway. The staff manager said he would "investigate" why someone on staff or someone with an electronic key device would have entered her room at all, but so far, 2 weeks have passed and we've received no response. NO STARS for SECURITY at the Divi Aruba All Inclusive Resort."

"Hotel Riu was beautiful! From the moment we arrived the staff treated us like Royalty! Our baggage was unloaded from our transport and as soon as we walked into the hotel we were o presented with a glass of champagne which I thought was nice! Our room was clean,we didn’t have to wait to get our keys to go upstairs! Awesome view of the ocean! The staff treated us like family by the time we were ready to go home several of the staff members won our hearts over! Jonathan from the Steakhouse went above and beyond along with Mr Gomez to ensure that we had a spectacular stay! There were a couple other staff members that were very tentative but unfortunately I didn’t get there names!! I am already looking to book my stay at The Riu Antillas for next year!! Food was good! Drinks even better! Aruba is MY HEAVEN!"
