The room wa clean but the bathtub had rust and the soap dish was crusty. The ring around the fire sprinkler was falling off. A major source of dissatisfaction is based on their business practices. They advertise a price for a room but then add a $25 per day non optional destination fee when you check in. This is outside of taxes and other government fees. ...

"Hello, this Hotel does not provide Points in you HH account if you book through expedia... should have known, because the price was not cheap. Two days without the room being made or resupplied, so bar staff was very nice, reception night on arrival was not. It is a nice vintage Hotel, but smells damp in some areas. The food pricing at the cafe is high!"

"Great location and very convenient to everything. You can tell the hotel has been recently renovated, but it’s not a luxury stay. If you want a reasonably priced place where you’ll mostly just sleep and spend your days out exploring, this is a great option. The staff was also super friendly and welcoming."
