We have had a lovely stay at galleria park, lovely staff, comfortable beds and most of all a great location. Highly recommended.

Clean, easy to find and park

Troy as a first point of contact was particularly friendly and helpful giving us vital informationto help our days run smoother. We will miss him! In fact all staff were really welcoming and went out of their way for us, from reception staff to cleaners to restaurant workers.

We were a bit worried when we arrived that the area outside the hotel was crazy busy and full of loud cars, bikes and music… but we had read a top tip to request a courtyard room and so actually our room was super quiet and relaxing and a nice break from the chaos of fisherman’s wharf. Restaurant breakfast was delicious but there’s also a latam coffee shop on the corner of the block directly behind the hotel who do amazing pastries. We loved the concept and hotel ethics regarding your love of dogs and supporting their welfare. Danni and John were fabulous having facilitated our meet and greet with Buster, Beau and lily. We will cherish our playtime with you all. Highly recommend your hotel and will forever sing your praises. Don’t ever change your doing great as you are.

My stay in San Francisco was part of a larger trip which also included New York and LA. Honestly the hotel was perfect for what I was looking for, very easy going. No uncomfortable pestering (although I’d recommend using the do not disturb sign to avoid being woken by housekeeping). The location was excellent and walking everywhere was super simple. Housekeeping staff were amazing, super friendly and so helpful, rooms absolutely spotless, huge shower room in Rm 202 2nd floor, right next to elevator. Fab room as we had loads of cases & bags. Prime location, we actually walked to Ghiardelli square and Fisherman's Wharf from there, used Waymos quite a lot they were super fun 😁 The only con I have is for some unkown reason in San Francisco, folks like to roar about on motorbikes from about 7pm-12am ish and from our room, quite loud,...

A fantastic place - a real oasis in the city of San Francisco. The staff are really helpful and there are lots of nice touches like the sherry and cookies at 4pm every day. The neighbourhood is relatively safe and parking is available, but like all cities, not risk-free.

This hotel is lovely and well located. The hotel deco is very fun, spacious rooms, comfy bed, great service, decent breakfasts and the best thing is the wine reception which is a fantastic touch (this was our fav part of the stay!) The hotel is located 10min walk from Union Sq and the subway station. You’ll have a good selection of restaurants and shops nearby.
