"Lovely home, very friendly staff"

"The property is very old and dingy. I found the rugs to be dirty and the bathroom was moldy around the tub and shower. The TV only worked partially continuing to go in and out. I requested to change rooms and they did accommodate me to a better room. More than likely it is my last time at the hotel, even though it is very close to where I want to be."

Worst of it, when we got back from the event to go to bed, we pulled the sheets down and the bed was full of bedbugs. Sickening. We left and demanded a refund, and the night clerk said I need to call the manager in the morning. "À bit bleak. Large room but sparsely furnished. Two doubles beds were too small for a comfortable sleep for four people.Also has a very noisy central AC system. Location was good. Breakfast food was fine but server was incredibly rude. Refused polite requests from me (and other guests) and just sat on her phone."
