"Stay was nice. We had a person in next hotel room blasting their TV in late night ruining our sleep. I called front desk and they handled it immediately. Took two calls but guessing the problem guest was the issue. A big thank you to staff foe caring and fast handling. "

"Checked into a non-smoking room, and the moment I walk in it smells like smoke in the air, pillows, sheets, etc. Staff was nice and friendly which was great. Said it was a queen bed but looked and felt like a full. Fridge was very big and spacious and having a microwave was a nice addition, I will admit. No sound proofing in the walls so you can hear people above you (if on bottom floor) using running water, showering, or going up and down the stairs. Woke me up a few times in the night. TV...

The room was spacious, with a small kitchen area and sink, which was very convenient. I also liked that there were two TVs. My only complaint was that the bathroom sink drained very slowly. "The rooms here are very spacious, the cleaning staff and front desk staff are excellent and helpful. Especially love the dog friendliness of this motel. There are two nearby parks with trails Felicita County Park and Kit Carson. Both good for kids activities and Kit Carson has disc golf and a sports center. Loads of shopping and grocery stores within a mile. Stay on the second floor for a quieter experience. "

"The soundproofing in this hotel is very poor; I could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Also, the curtains barely block any light, making the room far too bright in the morning. To make matters worse, the mattress was sagging in the middle, which was quite uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you value a good night's sleep."
