"For $360/night this was a disappointment. Very few amenities. Most amenities are not available beyond 7pm. Pretty lackluster grounds. The interior courtyard looks very much like a kid’s summer camp. The TV offers no film channels- just basic cable. It actually stopped working on the 2nd night. If you try to stream, the buffering is so slow you just give up. "The staff was great. The hotel was very clean. Great pool, hot tub, steam room. Only on issue was the coffee shop was closed one day and the next time I went the register was down. Both were not a deal breaker. My family and I will be back to use this hotel again."

"I had a wonderful stay at South Lake Chalet. The room looked exactly like the photos online, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is excellent—close to casinos, shopping, and a variety of restaurants. I especially enjoyed the studio room with its convenient kitchenette, which included a Keurig coffee maker, making it easy to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee each morning.
