They took an incredibly long time (almost 30 minutes) to retrieve my vehicle that they had just parked the night before; ultimately making me late for the appointment that was the entire purpose of my trip. "There was a hole in the ceiling of the gym. The room we stayed in had dust, crumbs, and candy wrappers on the floor. Robes were stained and the kitchen staff were not knowledgeable about allergies (celiac). Would not stay here again."

"It's a high end hotel with high end parameters do just be aware. We weren't allowed to use the luggage cart ourselves for example. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We just tend to like doing things for ourselves."
