"There was a pool at the rooftop bar that was only about 2 feet deep 10 feet long. There was no microwave in the rooms and there was no coffee pot in the rooms. You had to get dressed and go down to a coffee shop in the lobby and pay to get a cup of coffee. No water or nothing available in the empty fridge. For $258 a night, I expected a little more. Was close to downtown and everything was walkable which was a plus. Can only do their valet parking there which you need because there's not hardly...

"Breakfast was fine. Vending machine didn’t have water, guys behind the counter said they could charge me $2. Fine. Then said cash only and I didn’t have cash at the time. So wouldn’t give us the water."

"there is nobody at the property to help and also when calling the provided contact number no answer and no return call after leaving a message ..... very poor customer service and the property looks ran down and is very close to a very busy roadway and has very little parking lot room and is very very small ..... this property is very misrepresented outside looks worn down"
