"Francesca in maintenance was very meticulous and helpful. Both Victoria's and Jessica in reception went beyond helping me. The young gentleman who should us to the room was helpful in that we needed to ask him to help us with our luggage up the stairs as we are not the strongest and he told us he was not supposed to help. The women in the buffet area were very helpful but we wanted to have more hot entrees. The entrees were many and very delicious"

"Staff is friendly. There is a hotel section and an apartment section at this property which is very new. We stay in an apartment which is very cleanly maintained. The sea view apartment has a great view. Kitchen was well equipped except that there was no pan among the utensils. We see a paper towel rack but no paper towel. Suggest to provide paper towel as well as aluminum foil for use in the oven. It was hard to clean with the cookie sheet after used.

"We love off the beaten path places to stay. This place was lovely right next to a nature preserve with a gorgeous view of the cliffs on the ocean. The beach is not easily accessible. "From the friendly staff, the amenities, the views, and the breakfast was beyond my expectations. Close enough to town to walk to shops and various delicious restaurants. Everything was superb. The only thing disappointing was we were not able to walk down to the beach. This was not the resort’s fault due to weather and erosion damage they were repairing to keep everyone safe. Will definitely be going back."
