"This is a beautiful, well equipped hotel that lets itself down due to corporate greed, amateur level service and lack of attention to detail. "Stayed first two weeks of April and it was the perfect time to be in the Algarve. The Crowne Plaza exceeded all of our expectations. "Great place for a family - beach within a short walking distance, several pools and a playground to keep kids entertained. Staff are lovely, we had a great stay, our second time there. Took a couple of days and a few requests to get a highchair though and never received coffee pods for the machine despite asking a few times.
