The room was clean. Luckily the heat or air conditioning was not needed as the thermostat cover was missing. Parking was well defined and close. Had a brief interaction with the staff at checkin so no complaints there.

A clean room is important, and ours was spotless. Parking was explained well over the phone regrding lot location and entrances.
