"The room was simply dirty. I found hair on the sheets, and the comforter smelled bad. The hallways smelled bad too. The shower was also a bit far from the toilet. I regretted staying at Saintlo Ottawa Jail Hostel. I barely slept, and there was a lot of noise. I do not recommend it at all."

"The staff were very accommodating & helpful to any questions you may have. The livingroom area, kitchen, toilet , bathroom & bedroom I am in were kept very clean. The location is very close to everything: Rideau Shopping Center & Byward Market. A very convenient place to stay in for your next staycation. "
