"Convient location"

"The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet (I mean, it *was * a Tuesday night in Ottawa). I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in ages! Bathrooms were clean too. Staff very helpful. And staying in a converted gaol is very cool. Highly recommended!"

"I had requested a room with a single bed and half bathhroom for one night, room 318. The bed mattress was so old that I sank into it. I had a very poor sleep. I am not an overweight person. I felt compelled to mention this most important matter to the receptionist so she could pass my genuine concern to the owner. I hope the mattress will be replaced with a new, firm one for future guests. The air conditioner has a humming sound which restricted a quiet room for watching tv and sleep. So I...
