"The room was lovely with a good view. Bed was comfy but broken. The air conditioner worked great, so the room stayed cool. The shower drain was blocked, so I had to be careful. There was accessible cold/hot filtered water. Staff were helpful, prompt and kind. The website needs to be updated as there are no airport transfers or room service. Grab was a lifesaver for transport and food delivery. The location was perfect for the biodome and other such activities."
