"The room with a bed on a mezzanine and a nice big balcony was spacious and fun. The staff were all really helpful. The breakfast was good with a nice mix of the usual breakfast fare and some local foods. The location was great, a short walk from several attractions and a metro station."

All that being said the ambient noise was just too much to accept for a premium offering of a Hyatt property. We were allocated a room on the first floor above what I can only imagine is a nightclub that was pumping music until just past midnight on a Sunday night. "Im großen und Ganzen war das Hotel ok. Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist super. Unser Zimmer war ein behinderten gerechtes Zimmer,an sich kein Problem,das Bad stand jedoch nach jeder Dusche unter Wasser,auf Nachfrage haben wir mehrere Handtücher bekommen. Für einen Kurztrip ok. Das Frühstück war leider sehr eintönig. Das vorher so gut bewerte Frühstück kann ich nicht nachvollziehen."
