There was a very good selection at breakfast, the bar/restaurant was busy but comfortable and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Although there’s nothing much around outside of the hotel, it’s perfect for anyone travelling through Manchester airport."

General decor and state of repair of 'house 2' I was put in was poor. Breakfast was edible but poor selection. Room wasn't cleaned at all during the day. Otherwise the bed seemed clean and staff weren't rude or unfriendly. Certainly fallen far since it was the Novotel"
