"Can’t fault the stay or the hotel"

"Lots of parking spaces, even as we arrived late in the day. The breakfast was a bit of a scramble due to flight times and opening times of the restaurant as time was a bit short, they did however provide a 'grab and go' selection of pastries, juices etc in reception if you needed to go earlier. The only gripe was that our room did not have air con, I presumed that it would and never checked. "Accommodation is fine. Breakfast menu is a selection of fried, unhealthy or coated in butter. Needs to be better to compete with other local providers"

"The Hotel is located in very nice, quiet area outside Chester. The room was very spacious with aircon and spotless. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good ."

"There is absolutely NO wifi and NO cell service in these rooms. The only place we could get a singular bar was in the corner of the bathroom. This massively hurt me when checking in/getting updates about my flight. The front desk just shrugged when I told them. No help at all. The toilet seat was also broken and nearly falling right off. The only benefit was it was a good sized room. Wouldn’t stay here again, though."

"Staff were brilliant - the bar and restaurant were very busy but they coped magnificently. The Mushroom and truffle oil pizza is the best pizza I've ever had. It's now our airport hotel of choice."
