"My bedroom was slightly noisy over night, as it was adjacent to the kitchen with its freezers or other machines, working through the night.
Really enjoyed my stay there, staff extremely helpful and building was very clean , inside and out .
Would definitely stay again."

"The room was just amazing (space, bedding, bathroom, pitch black curtains).
The breakfast was really soso:
- Filthy plates on the first day
- Freshness of products (the eggs looked tired, each day, with no new batch being added)
- Some staff members clearly seemed very annoyed to be there"

"We booked to stay here 2 nights in June. The day we were to arrive we got a message from the hotel to say that they were undergoing renovations and they would refund us for our breakfast charges and give us a free to-go breakfast one day. Annoying as we have a very picky eater and the buffet is a main reason we booked Premier Inn. When we arrived it took the counter staff ages to check us in as apparently there was something confusing about the booking in the system. She was very nice though. So...

Beim Einchecken war das Hotel leider nicht in der Lage zu verifizieren, dass wir über Expedia gebucht haben und Expedia dem Hotel das Geld (standardmäßig) über eine virtuelle Kreditkarte schon vor Wochen gutgeschrieben hatte.
