"Everything was great from the personnel services to the rooms and amenities. Breakfast was ok, you will not get a michelen 5 star breakfast but at least you get a breakfast. Stay multiple times here already and each time I got treated like how a customer should be treated (my point of view)."

"The staff at this location has no hospitality. Each receptionist I encountered had no personality and should not be working at the front desk. The room was not clean. There were water spots on the desk. The bed was so lumpy, needs a new mattress. The floor was dirty and had not been mopped. No long mirror in the room. Lastly, the cookie was old. It was burnt and kept in the warmer too long. I asked when they were baked and she stated could have been baked the date before. I thought the cookies...

"The pictures online do not accurately reflect the current state of the hotel. Dead trees, weeds everywhere, trash in parking lot. The amenities advertised, particularly the bar/restaurant and pool, were closed the entirety of our stay. Their excuses: not enough guests to open restaurant; pool water waiting to be tested. "I stayed here some years ago and this property was great. It’s really gone downhill since the last time I was there. The downsides were the room was pretty filthy and the mattress protector underneath the sheets looked like it had never been cleaned, and had all kinds of interesting stains.
