"I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The entire property was clean and well-maintained, which made a great first impression. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless—exactly what you hope for when traveling.

"This was our first time staying in Castle Rock. Our friends recommended this Best Western hotel to us! It was conveniently located right off of HWY 25 and right across from the outlets, which is what brought us to Castle Rock in the first place. "The pool was not heated. I got all ready with my suit, swim goggles, cap...I dipped my foot in the water and my guess is the temp was around 58 degrees. 80 is considered comfortable.
Also, there was a bowl full of deeply brown bananas on the counter; and soupy oatmeal for breakfast. I ate food I brought. Coffee was great, though.
Also, the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The condition of my room was excellent. "

"they are in the middle of a renovation. it is hard to believe because everything in this area is new. this is just an older property. construction noise and dust dirt and styrofoam in the corridors and elevator. if i had it to do over again i would have chosen a different hotel."

"The hotel was loud, screaming kids running through the hallways till about 3am got no sleep. The bathroom had a clicking noise happening all night that I couldn’t find. The blackout curtains did not stretch across the window so it was bright all night. You can hear every truck that drives by as it’s very close to the highway. Overall I would not stay here again. The vending machine is very over priced and the hot tub is not comfortable. "
