"Everything was good overall, and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that there was no hot water available for making tea or coffee. It would be very helpful if the rooms had an electric kettle, or if hot water was available somewhere in the hotel. Just like guests may need ice, some guests may also want hot water for tea or coffee. Other than that, everything was great."
