"Room was exactly like the pics!! Bed was so comfortable! Love this Hotel we will definitely be back, this was our first time in Houston and this location was perfect! Very quiet but not far from the strip. The shower was hot I loved it but the hot tub water did not get as warm as I would’ve liked. The only downside was that we could not access the balcony, that was one of my main reasons for booking, but the view was still beautiful! 10/10 "

"The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking.
