"Do not stay here. Terrible location. Old building. Not clean. The hallways look like they had not been redone since the 1970s. The rooms were super small and dirty. The staff was not helpful at all. I had to keep asking for toilet paper and washcloths. The thermostat did not work properly the entire time we were there. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom. The bathroom was so small. "Personal top, 10er Bett Zimmer in Ordnung. Betten sehr durchgelegen und super wackelig (drei übereinander ohne Wandbefestigung, wodurch jede Bewegung alles wackeln lässt). Aber für den Preis ist es spitze gewesen! Vorhänge wären schön gewesen. Das Frühstück ist vorhanden aber es ist viel zu wenig Platz zum sitzen und das Essen ist wirklich begrenzt. "The location was optimal for me, as was the value for the price. Nice studio design. The bathroom was a little small, but minor gripe. The stairs/hallways were a little worn, but the room was spotlessly clean. They maybe should advise people that the building is a walk up, with no elevator. Overall, a great value for the money, and I will definitely stay here again, next time I’m in town for work (or for holiday.) I recommend. 👍"

"Absolutely terrible customer service. Despite there being 24/7 check-in. I made five separate phone calls, to what seemed like an overseas call centre, to get into the building. It probably took more than an hour of standing/sitting on the pavement outside, with one call handler simply hanging up on me, to get into the place with a dying phone battery. "Kein Föhn, Handtücher Toilettenpapier etc. Nicht wirklich sauber. Frühstück war leider alles andere als Britisches Frühstück, es gab nur Toast Brot mit Käse Aufschnitt und schinken. Leider wurde uns aufgrund fehlender Informationen in deren System das Frühstück verwehrt. Einzig positive war die Anbindung und die guten ÖVP Möglichkeiten."

"The standard room is a bit tight with a long, thin layout but wonderfully stocked if you want to make any meals for yourself. The hotel breakfast is very good. The location is in a great area but it's a bit of a walk to the nearest Tube. We really enjoyed our stay but it might not be ideal for a first time visitor."
