"Absolutely terrible customer service. Despite there being 24/7 check-in. I made five separate phone calls, to what seemed like an overseas call centre, to get into the building. It probably took more than an hour of standing/sitting on the pavement outside, with one call handler simply hanging up on me, to get into the place with a dying phone battery. After eventually getting in, I was too tired to even utilise the facilities I had paid for like having a proper shower. Even then, there was...

"Personal top, 10er Bett Zimmer in Ordnung. Betten sehr durchgelegen und super wackelig (drei übereinander ohne Wandbefestigung, wodurch jede Bewegung alles wackeln lässt). Aber für den Preis ist es spitze gewesen! Vorhänge wären schön gewesen. Das Frühstück ist vorhanden aber es ist viel zu wenig Platz zum sitzen und das Essen ist wirklich begrenzt. Aber auch hier wieder: Preis-Leistung passt aber wer ausgiebig frühstücken will muss wo anders hin gehen. Vor allem auch für einen anständigen...

"Clean room"

"The location was optimal for me, as was the value for the price. Nice studio design. The bathroom was a little small, but minor gripe. The stairs/hallways were a little worn, but the room was spotlessly clean. They maybe should advise people that the building is a walk up, with no elevator. Overall, a great value for the money, and I will definitely stay here again, next time I’m in town for work (or for holiday.) I recommend. 👍"

"Kein Föhn, Handtücher Toilettenpapier etc. Nicht wirklich sauber. Frühstück war leider alles andere als Britisches Frühstück, es gab nur Toast Brot mit Käse Aufschnitt und schinken. Leider wurde uns aufgrund fehlender Informationen in deren System das Frühstück verwehrt. Einzig positive war die Anbindung und die guten ÖVP Möglichkeiten."

"Cheap private room for a Saturday night, close to Deptford and Greenwich, with the DLR just around the corner so a handy spot. In the middle of an estate which was a bit of a shock at first but it was fairly tame for the most part. Didn’t attempt a shower as it smelt really bad. Toilets were kinda gross and smelt too. Room was decent enough though and the staff were sound. Bar area also decent with big screens showing sky sports, a dart board, sofas etc… Fine for a cheap one night stay. But...

"Our host was helpful when we needed help. The house was cluttered with personal items which made it seem chaotic. The house was not supplied with dish washer soap so we had to buy our own. The big bottles of toiletries were not useful just clutter. The freezer was filled with meat so not much space to put anything in. The photos I viewed for this property we're misleading in that they made the rooms appear much larger than they were and all the wardrobes in the rooms were not usable due to...

"Not the cleanest of places. Not too bad though, I had a relatively comfortable stay. I think the overall rating on Expedia when I looked was around 6 ... that's about right or maybe 5"

"Personne n’a répondu au téléphone, les habitants des lieux ont essayé d’appeler les responsables , le responsable n’a pas trouvé la réservation expedia, expedia ne répond pas, nous avons du repartir avec le dernier train histoire de ne pas passer la nuit dehors avec un enfant de 2 ans. "
