"Very disappointing experience. The elevator was not working properly, and the person who appeared to be the manager admitted it had been out of service for over a month. Only one elevator was functioning for a large number of guests, which caused long delays.
The photos online do not match the actual condition of the property at all. At check-in, I had to wait over an hour because their system was not working.
On top of that, the key cards were an issue—only one worked, and this was not just my problem; several other guests were dealing with the same situation.
Overall, poor management and a very frustrating stay. I would not recommend this place. VERY OLD BUILDING, noisy too
