"Our room was very dull smelling, AC unit did not work well, it never cooled down our room and made it feel very moist inside as well as turned off by itself randomly. Plenty of parking."

"Our room was spacious, spotless, comfortable and quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay at Sonesta. We plan to make it our favorite place to stay, for our next visit to Philly. The staff is excellent, friendly and accommodating. Considering all the hotels where we’ve stayed Sonesta has become our favorite. It was our best experience. We highly recommend Sonesta."

"I've stayed with this chain before but I've stayed at this location twice now. I love the ambiance this chain provides and this location did not disappoint at all. From the complimentary nightly happy hour to the amazing breakfast buffet include fresh to order omelets and waffles. It's a little pricey but if you can afford it, it's worth it. I got a great deal on a last minute flight and stay package that was too good to pass up."

"Dirty, terrible smell all areas. Hallway wirh vomit or food all over the floor. The door in our room was damage didn't close properly, sheets looked stained (not sure if they change them), the bathtub not clean. We didn't feel safe. Parking lot was full, when we came just one spot was available. People getting high on the parking lot. We came at 11pm and headed out at 5am. Definitely not coming back again. I traveled with my family and wanted to make a quick stop in our road trip to explore the area but after we got in the hotel we just wanted to run out! "

"Great hotel, very helpful staff, 24 hour shuttle. Several bars and restaurants within walking distance that are 4+ star local spots. Highly recommended."
